Wayne County Motor Vehicle at 9 Pearl Street, Lyons, New York.

The individual experiences with staff and transactions I have had with the Lyons DMV have been overall positive (for a DMV experience) and parking is usually plentiful and close-by, but I have never seen a DMV that is so busy as compared to the available staff. They do their best, and it's possible I have just happened to come during unusually busy days and times, but that seems somewhat unlikely. But I have left multiple times and instead gone to another office because the line was out the door, no seats left, people standing shoulder to shoulder and clerks looking understandably frazzled. And the numbers telling me there were over 20 people in front of me with 4 windows open. Ummm, no. But like I said, if you do catch them at a not-so-busy time, they've always been friendly and helpful. I think they just need to expand if the budget would allow it.
